Vicoco
The missing batch workflow for Squoosh
Squoosh is fast, ad-free, and great for optimizing a single image. But repeating the same steps across dozens of files quickly becomes tedious. Vicoco adds the batch workflow: import multiple images or a whole folder, compare codecs and quality, apply consistent settings across the queue, and download the results together. Every image stays in your browser and is never uploaded to a server. Vicoco is an independent project built on Squoosh and is not affiliated with Google.
Hi Product Hunt!
I use Squoosh often and love how fast and focused it is. The problem started when I had dozens of images to process: I kept repeating the same steps one image at a time.
I built Vicoco to make that workflow practical:
- Add multiple images at once
- Drop a folder and automatically find its images
- Compare codecs, quality, dimensions, and file size
- Apply the same settings across the queue
- Process everything locally in the browser
- Download all results together
This is an independent project built on Squoosh, not a Google product.
I would especially appreciate feedback on the queue, folder import, and batch export experience. What feels unclear or slower than it should?
