VibeZ
A cross-platform desktop app for Mistral Vibe
VibeZ brings Mistral Vibe to Windows, macOS and Linux as a dedicated Electron desktop app. It uses the Vibe web experience while adding desktop features such as Back, Forward, Reload, screenshots, a global screenshot shortcut, system tray support, start at login, clipboard integration and local settings. If you prefer Vibe as a dedicated desktop app instead of a browser tab, give VibeZ a try. VibeZ is an independent project and is not affiliated with Mistral AI.
I built VibeZ because I wanted a simple way to use Mistral Vibe as a dedicated desktop application instead of always keeping it open in a browser tab.
VibeZ is an Electron-based wrapper around the Vibe web experience, with desktop features such as navigation controls, screenshots, a global screenshot shortcut, system tray support, start at login, clipboard integration and local settings.
It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux and is open source.
This started as something I wanted for myself, but I figured other Vibe users might find it useful too. It may not be the perfect approach for everyone, so I’d really like to hear your feedback and ideas!

Who hunted VibeZ?
VibeZ was hunted by Harald Onnekink. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
