I'm Boran, the maker. I built VibeClip because every "AI video editor" I tried was either a closed SaaS that uploads your raw footage to someone else's cloud, or a timeline tool that still left all the manual work to me.
VibeClip flips that: it runs locally and you just talk to it — "cut the boring intro", "add karaoke captions", "make clip 2 punchier", "turn this into a 9:16 short". Under the hood it's ffmpeg + faster-whisper + an LLM, and it's bring-your-own-key (DeepSeek / Gemini / Claude), so your footage never leaves your machine.
