Vibe Remote
Control your dev laptop from your phone
Vibe Remote lets developers control their coding workflow from a phone without moving code or credentials off their Mac. Run and resume Codex or Claude Code, respond to approvals, inspect files and Git diffs, access SSH hosts, and use encrypted screen control when needed. Unlike a traditional remote desktop, it provides mobile-first interfaces for agent sessions, files, Git, and terminal work.
Hi Product Hunt Team
I built Vibe Remote because I kept running into one same problem: I’d start something in Codex or Claude Code, step away from my Mac, and come back later to realize:
- It had paused, waiting for me to approve the next step
- I could have added more context or steered it in a better direction
I wanted a simple way to check what was happening and respond from my phone, without struggling with a full desktop interface on a small screen.
Vibe Remote gives you mobile-friendly views for agent sessions, files, Git, SSH, and terminal work. When you really need the full desktop, you can also control your Mac screen. Everything still runs on your Mac, so your code, credentials, and agent sessions stay there.
This is the first public version, and I’d genuinely love your feedback. Does the setup feel clear? What would you want to control from your phone? Which tools should I support next?
Thanks for taking a look!
