Verploy
Test risky WordPress updates on a copy before going live
Verploy checks every WordPress update. Risky ones (themes, page builders, shops, major versions) are tested on a private copy of the site first, then verified again live, with automatic rollback. Built by an agency for agencies. Free on up to 3 client sites.
Hi Product Hunt, I'm Martijn, founder of Verploy and of a small web agency in the Netherlands.
Verploy exists because of one sentence I got tired of: "Update successful." Followed, a week later, by a client telling me the contact form on mobile had been broken since that update.
So we built the tool we wanted for our own client sites. Every update is checked. The risky ones (themes, page builders, WooCommerce, major versions) run on a private copy of the site first, on the client's own server, isolated. Only the version that passed goes live. After going live it's checked again, and if something breaks it rolls back automatically and tells you why.
You always get one of three honest outcomes: deployed, held back (live site never touched), or rolled back.
It's young. We opened public signup on 8 October and we run it on our own sites every day. Free on up to 3 client sites, no credit card, no end date. The first 30 agencies that upgrade keep 40% off for life.
I'd love your honest feedback: what would you need to see before you'd trust a tool with your clients' updates? I'll answer every comment today.

Who hunted Verploy?
Verploy was hunted by Martijn van den Berg. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
