I built Vero because I kept seeing the same thing at uni. Smart people getting rejected from IB and consulting with no idea why. Not unqualified. Just blind to where they actually stood. Career advice is either generic or outdated. Nobody was giving students an honest signal about how AI is changing what employers look for right now. So I built something that scans your LinkedIn, compares you to people who recently got hired in your target role, and gives you a real score. Not to make you feel bad. To give you something to actually work with before recruiting season. I scored 52/100 on my own tool. VULNERABLE. Means I understand the market but haven't made the moves that protect me yet. That's the honest answer. Would love to know if anyone thinks their score is wrong. That's the most useful feedback I can get right now.
