Velora
All-in-one salon management tool that saves your time.
Manage appointments, client communication, staff, inventory and finances in one platform. Let your AI receptionist turn incoming messages into bookings 24/7.
Hey everyone, I'm Serdar, the founder of Velora.
I built Velora after watching a salon owner miss 11 WhatsApp booking requests in a single week while she was with clients. She had a full calendar, great reviews, and a phone full of unread messages from people who eventually booked somewhere else.
That's the problem Velora solves. Not just a better calendar, but a platform that actually works for you while you're working. The AI receptionist reads incoming WhatsApp and Instagram messages, checks availability, and confirms bookings automatically so nothing falls through the cracks.
We've been live in Turkey for several months with paying subscribers and just launched internationally. Would love honest feedback from the Product Hunt community, especially from anyone who has worked with or built for the beauty industry.
Happy to answer any questions about the product, the WhatsApp API integration, or what it was like building B2B SaaS as a solo founder.

Who hunted Velora?
Velora was hunted by Serdar Akova. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
