Hi Product Hunt! I built Vellum because every online PDF tool asks the same thing: upload your file first. For a contract, a payslip or a medical report, that's exactly the wrong deal. Vellum does the work in your browser (WebAssembly does the heavy lifting — OCR included), so there is nothing to upload, nothing to delete, nothing to trust. It's free with no caps because there is no server bill to ration. Try the airplane-mode test: open a tool, cut your Wi-Fi, process your file.
