I built Velax.ai because I was frustrated with Intercom's reporting.
We use Intercom at our company (hotel tech SaaS) and pay serious money for it.
But when it comes to understanding what's actually happening in our support
queue — which customers are at risk, which agents need help, whether Fin AI is
actually saving us time — Intercom gives you almost nothing.
So I built the analytics layer I wished Intercom had.
