I believe AI applications share fundamental parallels with human cognition. LLMs lack persistent experiential caching. Faced with similar tasks repeatedly, they recalculate everything from scratch — wasting compute resources, slowing response speeds, and hindering personal AI adoption. This also creates an illusion that financial AI will perpetually demand unlimited computing power. Unlike conventional skills, I aim to build the Experience capability: For new tasks, the LLM leverages existing resources and data to form comprehensive plans. Valid insights can optionally be preserved as experience. Under defined confidence thresholds, the system distills the complete reasoning workflow of the LLM, converting experience into actionable conditional routines. Over repeated usage, the system gradually operates without invoking the LLM, until experience becomes outdated, triggering renewed LLM iterations. I worked in banking, covering frontline services and fintech. After leaving China Merchants Bank, I’ve long explored privacy-focused LLM tools for personal finance. My experience in retail banking and wealth management exposed a critical pain point: users’ financial data is siloed across separate institutions, monopolized and exploited for commercial marketing. Users cannot truly own their financial data, nor access unified, professional personal finance tools free of advertising motives.
