Vaultez -- Secret Management
Don't share your secrets on Slack. Use Vaultez!
Secrets don't belong in Slack messages, Emails, Confluence Pages or Excel Sheets. We built Vaultez because we kept seeing the same thing everywhere, API keys flying around in chat, env files attached to emails, passwords shared in Notes. It works, until it doesn't. And when it doesn't, it really doesn't. The competitors are charging a leg and an arm so you can share your secrets with your team. Vaultez is here to change that. Secret Management that doesn't break your bank account!
Over the least 18 years as a developer I have been seeing the same thing over and over again.
Developers trying to find a place to store & share their environment variables, API Keys, Database urls, generic passwords that are used by all in the company.
There are few ways that we have handled it. Either we put it to a excel sheet, share it in an email or WhatsApp messages, or at best use a password storage service like 1password that is not built for this and it is super expensive.
I wanted to build something that addresses this issue. Vaultez is a result of years of frustration on how to store and share passwords easily and securely with your team.
