Hi everyone, I'm Hunter, the maker of Vault. I built Vault to help people feel more prepared for everyday money situations: planning spending around a paycheck, comparing car costs, understanding credit, or getting ready to rent a place. One thing I care about is teaching before testing. Each lesson introduces the concept and walks through an example before asking you to apply it. The courses have three levels, and the simulations give you a scenario with stated costs and constraints to work through. Vault is still an early project, and I'd appreciate honest feedback. If you try a lesson or simulation, where did you feel confused or have to guess? Did the explanation help you understand your answer? You'll need an account to save your progress. The scenarios use fictional money; Vault doesn't connect to bank accounts. Thanks for giving it a try!

Who hunted Vault?

Vault was hunted by Hunter Moore. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
