Then came **behavior-based follow-ups** — where the system adapts frequency and tone depending on how a customer has responded in the past. We also focused heavily on visibility. With **real-time dashboards**, businesses can instantly see outstanding amounts, recovery rates, and which customers are delaying payments. Through **insights and tracking**, they can identify patterns — who pays late, who needs multiple nudges, and where money is getting stuck. And because collections is not just about reminders, we built **automated workflows** that escalate follow-ups gradually — from gentle nudges to stronger reminders — without damaging relationships. But we didn’t stop at reminders and workflows. For MSMEs especially, delayed payments are not just inconvenient — they can be crippling. So we introduced a **government-backed escalation pathway**, integrating with systems like MSME Samadhaan — where businesses can formally raise cases against delayed payments and seek resolution through the MSME facilitation mechanism. We also aligned with frameworks like MSME Sampark / MI for Buyers, helping businesses maintain better visibility and credibility in buyer-supplier relationships, and enabling more structured, compliant recovery processes. Instead of feeling helpless, businesses now have a layered approach — from smart reminders to formal escalation — turning pressure into process. Every step of the way, our approach evolved by listening to real users — their hesitation in sending reminders, their time lost in manual tracking, and their need for a system that just works in the background. This launch is not the final product — it’s the first real step towards redefining how businesses, especially MSMEs, recover payments. From chasing money to controlling cash flow. Because getting paid shouldn’t feel like a struggle. It should feel like a system.
