Valley Run
New Game for iPhone/iPhone Duo! Fold. Tilt. Survive!
Valley Run is a marble game you play by folding or tilting your phone. Built for the iPhone Duo, it turns the hinge into the controller: open and close it to reshape the valley and roll your marble to the finish. Play 70 hand-built courses across 7 worlds, chase Game Center leaderboards for score, speed, and fewest folds, paint your own marble in the Marble Studio, and design your own levels with music that you can send to friends to race.
Couldn't sleep one weekend, so I decided to create a game my kids would like and think was fun. That is no small task with teenage kids. I worked with them in my own little personal hackathon to design a game with fun, easy-to-learn challenges. Created a unique app where the phone acts as the controller. On a standard iPhone, you tilt to play; on the brand-new iPhone Duo, the hinge helps control the motion.

Who hunted Valley Run?
Valley Run was hunted by Adam Bellow. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
