Valharon
One app for workouts, macros, nutrition and progress
Most fitness apps focus on either training or nutrition. Valharon connects workout logging, program management, macros, hydration, body metrics, and progress analytics in one structured platform. Log every set and meal, use practical training tools, and understand how your habits affect your progress without switching between apps.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
Ata here, co-founder of Valharon.
We built Valharon because tracking fitness progress had become unnecessarily fragmented.
One app for workouts.
Another for calories and macros.
Notes or spreadsheets for body measurements.
Separate calculators for training decisions.
Even when all that data was recorded, it was difficult to see the complete picture of what was actually driving progress.
**The problem**
Most fitness apps focus on only one part of the process:
→ Workout apps know how you trained, but not how you ate
→ Nutrition apps know what you ate, but not how you performed
→ Progress photos and body measurements live somewhere else
→ Useful training tools are scattered across different websites and apps
We wanted one structured system that connected all of it.
**The solution**
We built Valharon: a fitness platform that brings training, nutrition, hydration, body metrics, tools, and progress analytics into one place.
With Valharon, you can:
→ Build, import, and manage workout programs
→ Log individual sets, reps, weights, cardio, and performance
→ Track calories, protein, carbohydrates, fats, and hydration
→ Record body weight and measurements
→ Review workout, nutrition, and body-progress trends
→ Use tools such as 1RM calculators, plate loading, timers, and strength formulas
**How it works**
1. Set your goals
Complete onboarding with your body information, training objective, nutrition targets, hydration target, and preferred units.
2. Track the work
Log workouts, meals, water, body measurements, and daily progress without moving between several apps.
3. Understand the result
Use Valharon’s analytics to review how your training, nutrition, and body metrics change over time.
**Why it is different**
Valharon is not only a workout logger or calorie counter.
The aim is to connect the major parts of fitness progress in one structured platform, so users can understand their training and nutrition together rather than treating them as unrelated activities.
We also wanted the product to feel serious and focused. No motivational noise—just the information and tools needed to train, track, and improve.
**Who it is for**
Valharon is built for:
→ Lifters who want more structure than a basic workout log
→ People tracking both training and nutrition
→ Bodybuilding and strength-focused athletes
→ Users tired of managing their progress across several apps
→ Coaches and experienced lifters who want deeper tracking tools
**What we are building next**
We are currently speaking directly with lifters and coaches while developing the next stage of Valharon.
One of those areas is a dedicated coach account that would allow coaches to follow client workouts, nutrition, macros, body progress, activity, and adherence from one place.
We do not want to build that based only on our own assumptions. Feedback from people who actually train and coach will directly influence what we develop.

**Our ask**
Try Valharon and tell us honestly:
→ What feels useful?
→ What feels confusing or unnecessary?
→ Which features are missing?
→ What would make you continue using it?
We are early, and direct feedback matters more to us than polished compliments.
I’ll be here throughout the launch to answer questions and discuss everything openly.
Thanks for checking out Valharon.
