Use Case Archive
Real small businesses using AI, with sources and prompts.
A free archive of real businesses with 1 to 200 staff using AI and AI agents for one everyday job. Filter by job, tool, agent, region, or source. Each entry shows what happened, links the source, says what to check before you believe it, and gives a prompt to try.
Hi Product Hunt, I'm Andy. I spent years as a CEO, COO and CTO and the AI claims I trust are the boring ones: a named firm, one job and a number someone will stand behind.
Most AI case studies are about huge companies with their own AI teams. Most of the people I write for at Answerable run or manage businesses with 1 to 200 staff, where nobody's job is AI. So I built the Use Case Archive.
There are 75 real cases so far, across finance, HR, sales, operations, customer service, admin and legal. You can filter by job, by the tool the firm bought, or by AI agents, meaning tools that do multi-step work themselves rather than just drafting. Every entry has four parts:
1. The job: what the firm handed to AI, and the tool it bought
2. What happened: the result, linked to the source
3. Before you believe it: what to check, because plenty of these stories come from the supplier
4. Try this prompt: so you can test the job before you buy anything
Every source has been opened and checked. Made-up examples and custom builds are left out, and new cases go in weekly. It's free, with no sign-up.
What job would you most like to see covered? And if you know a small firm doing something useful with AI, tell me in the comments.
