Vape-free tracks your time and milestones if you’re ready to stop now. Puff Count lets you log puffs, note triggers, and follow daily targets if you’d rather cut down first. Going over a target doesn’t erase your history or mark the day as a failure. Core tracking and craving tools are free. Premium adds editable plans, automatic target adjustments, and deeper insights.
