Unscroll is a native iOS screen-time blocker for the moment you are about to override your own limit. Choose the apps, categories, or websites you want to protect, start a Focus session, and meet a deliberate pause before the feed opens. Standard protection adds a 10-second pause; Pro Hard Mode adds a 60-second intervention and a final confirmation. Focus sessions become visible progress through streaks, badges, and Journey. Core features work without an account.
I built Unscroll because I kept noticing the same failure mode in screen-time tools: setting a limit is easy, but dismissing it at the moment of impulse is easier.
Unscroll is built around that exact moment. It uses Apple’s Screen Time APIs to protect selected apps, categories, and websites, adds a short pause before reopening them, and turns completed Focus sessions into visible progress.
Hard Mode adds a full minute when a stronger boundary is needed. I’d love feedback from people who have tried blockers: does the pause help you make a different choice, or does it just feel like another obstacle?
