I had no idea what all my AI tokens added up to. In dollars, or in water.
On the Mac, a small free companion reads the local logs of Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. It takes the token counts and turns them into dollars and liters of water. Conversation content is never read.
The dollars are what your tokens would cost at API prices, not your subscription bill. The water comes from the electricity behind them, at about 4.9 liters per kWh (Berkeley Lab, 2024).

You can add friends and compare your month. On iPhone, Unprompt reads Screen Time to count how often you use your AI apps. Work hours are shown separately. It blocks nothing.
