I'm Marcel, co-founder of Umbiko. Excited to share what we've been building.
For years I watched procurement teams, project managers and salespeople drown in supplier quotes. Ten PDFs in completely different formats, hours of copy-pasting into Excel just to compare them, and a real risk of missing critical details because by quote number seven your eyes glaze over. Tenders and RFPs are even worse. Some are 50+ pages per response, with prices buried across different sections.We built Umbiko to make that go away.
What it does:

- The AI extracts items, quantities, prices and terms automatically

- Risk flags surface when something's off: missing items, unusual pricing, divergent specs
