I'm Piotr, co-founder of ULSA. I built it with Martyna, our CTO.
This started as a personal problem. To stay on top of my field while I was developing a different SaaS I was checking ten different sources every morning, newsletters, X, a pile of news sites, and still felt like I was missing the things that mattered for my work while drowning in things that didn't. Generic news apps made it worse. They optimize for clicks and treat a founder, a doctor, and a trader like they all need the same feed. They don't.
So we set out to build the briefing I wished existed: one that knows what you do and filters the noise around it.
Our thinking changed a lot along the way. At first we assumed the hard part was aggregating more sources. It wasn't. More sources just meant more noise. The real value was filtering by your specific industry and role, then adding context on top of the raw headlines. That reframe is where the features came from:
