TypeSure
Fill out web forms correctly, without the guesswork.
TypeSure adds two things every login and signup form is missing: a button to reveal what you actually typed in a password field, and an instant warning when Caps Lock is on. Both work on any website, both toggle on/off independently, and neither collects or transmits any of your data — everything stays local to your browser.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built TypeSure after one too many failed logins caused by a stray Caps Lock and a password field I couldn't double-check. It's a small Chrome extension that does two things: adds a show/hide button to any password field that doesn't already have one, and shows a clear warning the moment Caps Lock turns on while you're typing.
No accounts, no tracking, no data collection — it's genuinely just two on/off switches and a couple of small UI helpers that live entirely in your browser.
Would love feedback, especially on any sites where the buttons don't show up cleanly!

Who hunted TypeSure?
TypeSure was hunted by Sumit Borse. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
