TVT Crew Beta Signup
Restaurant AI Scheduling and management software.
AI-powered scheduling, team chat, shift management, and more. Built for restaurants. Now open for free beta access. No API costs for AI usage.
TVT Crew started out of pure frustration watching local Temecula restaurants drown in group texts, last-minute no-shows, and scheduling spreadsheets held together with duct tape and prayer.
I've worked closely with small restaurant owners and watched the same story play out over and over — the manager spending Sunday night manually building a schedule, the employee who "never got the text," the shift swap that fell apart because nobody confirmed it. Tools like 7shifts and HotSchedules exist but they're priced and built for chains, not the independent owner running a 15-person crew.
TVT Crew is built specifically for the small independent restaurant — simple scheduling, team messaging, and shift management without the enterprise price tag or the learning curve. We're currently in free beta and I'm actively working with local restaurants to make sure it actually solves real problems before we ever talk about charging for it.
Would love feedback from the Product Hunt community — what's the one scheduling or team communication problem that drives you absolutely crazy in a restaurant environment?
