Trabajé más de 5 años usando plataformas de trabajo flexible en hostelería en Reino Unido — desde cuando Indeed Flex todavía se llamaba Syft.
Y cada vez que volvía a España pensaba lo mismo:
¿Por qué algo así no existe aquí?
Después de años trabajando en hospitality y viendo los mismos problemas una y otra vez — cubrir turnos rápido, encontrar personal fiable, gestionar temporadas altas — decidí empezar a construir algo por mi cuenta.
Así nace turnON ⚡
Una plataforma pensada para conectar empresas de hostelería y eventos con trabajadores por turnos de forma más rápida, clara y flexible.
Lo que veis en el vídeo es una demo funcional real desarrollada mientras trabajo a jornada completa en un hotel 5 estrellas en Mallorca y estudio el Máster Full-Stack de #ConquerBlocks con #BienvenidoSáez.
Por ahora, turnON incluye:
✅ Publicación de turnos con horario, sueldo/hora, ubicación, uniforme y grooming
✅ Vista de candidatos con experiencia, idiomas y valoraciones
✅ Gestión rápida de solicitudes desde el panel de empresa
Queda muchísimo por construir:
producto, legal, operaciones, validación real…
Pero el primer paso ya está dado.
Y sí, podcasts como #TengoUnPlan de Sergio y Juan, #AdriánSáenz y #PedroBuerbaum con #Worldcast han tenido bastante culpa de que me anime a construir en público y dejar de esperar “el momento perfecto”.
