TrueViewly
Source-backed hazard reports for US property locations
Screen US property locations for flood, wildfire, earthquake and other hazards. Review source-backed evidence, coverage and limitations in web and PDF reports, with bulk screening and API access.
Hi Product Hunt! I’m the maker of TrueViewly.
Researching a property's location often means moving between flood maps, wildfire tools, earthquake data and environmental records. I built TrueViewly to bring that evidence together in one report, while keeping the sources and their limitations visible.
You can screen US locations across six areas: hydrology, severe weather, wildfire, earthquake, landslide and environmental context. Reports are available on the web and as PDFs, with bulk screening and API access for larger workflows.
You can explore a real Ventura, California report here:

TrueViewly is a screening tool, not a property inspection, insurance quote or prediction of damage. Coverage varies by location, and missing evidence is not treated as proof of safety.
I’m looking for feedback from people who actually research properties: buyers, inspectors, agents, investors and developers building property tools.
For a property you’re currently evaluating, what useful question does this answer, and what would you still need to check elsewhere?
Thanks for taking a look. I’ll answer questions here in writing.
