This started with a passport photo. A government form wanted it under 20 KB, and every "compress image online" result wanted me to upload my ID to their server first — for a job a canvas element does locally in 200 ms.
So I built True Tool Deck: 39 tools for images, PDFs, text and code that run entirely in your browser. Canvas and WebAssembly, no upload endpoint, no account, no file limits. Open a tool, switch off your Wi-Fi, and it still works — that's the whole pitch, and you can test it in ten seconds.
