Transform every travel gem from TikTok/IG into pins on a map
1. Share video to Travel Bug Share any TikTok or Instagram travel video directly to the app 2. We detect & tag all locations Our AI automatically identifies every place mentioned and creates location pins 3. View a map of all the locations saved
👋 Hey Product Hunt!
I built Travel Bug 🐝 because I was constantly saving TikToks and Reels of cool travel spots… and then never seeing them again. Worse, even when I did revisit them, I had no idea where those places actually were.
So we fixed that.
🚀 Travel Bug lets you share any travel video from TikTok or Instagram directly into the app. We then use an AI-powered pipeline to extract every location mentioned or shown in the video; complete with addresses, categories, highlights, maps, and more.
What we’re most proud of:
• A multi-layered extraction engine that hunts down location data with obsessive precision
• The ability to pull out multiple destinations from a single video
• A clean, UX-friendly UI that makes organizing dream trips actually fun
There’s nothing else like this (we checked 😅) and we can’t wait for you to try it.
Would love your feedback, bug reports, and wildest travel video submissions.
✈️ Go get inspired. Go Travel Bug.
