Hey Product Hunt, I’m Sean, a chef and solo dev building Trail-Head. I started this because planning overland trips is weirdly fragmented. One app for camps, one for maps, one for trails, another for notes, then a bunch of tabs open trying to figure out if a route actually makes sense. I wanted something that felt more like a field-ready travel planner for wild roads. Trail-Head combines AI trip planning, camp discovery, trail route building, offline maps, audio guides, field reports, and saved routes into one mobile app. The goal is simple: help people plan better trips, find better places, and feel more confident when they’re out of service.
