My approach was to understand real business workflows first, then build the platform around them. I made TrackVate flexible and customizable, giving users control over dashboards, icons, and how they manage their work.
It’s built as a multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform for web and mobile, with centralized control for owners and decision-makers.
