TrackStage 3.0
Manage Your Music Business from Creation to Licensing
TrackStage transforms the fragmented business of managing music into one connected workflow. Instead of juggling tools for projects, files, metadata, rights, agreements, contacts and pitches, creators can manage the entire lifecycle of their music in one place — from work in progress through catalog, pitching and licensing. New automation handles much of the repetitive work, while AI analysis helps describe and categorize music, making it easier to organize, discover and prepare for opportunity.
Hey all — I’m a composer and producer who was introduced to sync licensing about five years ago. I was crazy excited at the prospect of getting my music into television, film, games — you name it.
I quickly became overwhelmed by the amount of work involved in getting my music industry-ready — and by how many different tools I had to juggle to do it all. So my husband and I built TrackStage: one connected platform that brings the business side of making music together in one place.
TrackStage has been around for four years now, with more than 12,000 tracks managed across 160+ catalogs around the world.
Our earlier versions focused on giving musicians — from newbies to seasoned pros — all the tools they needed. With 3.0, we turned our attention to something different: how do we make all of that work take less work?
We’ve streamlined workflows, connected the creative and business sides of the process, and automated many of the repetitive tasks that eat up musicians’ time.
The goal is pretty simple: spend less time managing your music, and more time making it.
I’d love to hear what you think — and I’m here all day if you have questions!
