Hey Product Hunt, Building Trackly was kind of a forced hand. I was running SMS on a couple of affiliate offers and kept watching the same thing happen — scale to real volume, then some combination of a litigator landing on your list, a carrier flagging your throughput, or an opt-out you missed because someone replied "stp" instead of "STOP" would torch the whole campaign. The options for fixing it were either pay Twilio and bolt on compliance through three separate vendors, or use an ecommerce-flavored SMS tool like Postscript and hope the TCPA edge cases don't find you. Neither felt right. Performance marketers send differently — higher volume, more aggressive cadence, co-reg lists, attribution requirements that predate modern ecom. Every existing tool was built for someone else. So Trackly started as "what if the compliance stack was the send pipeline, not a bolt-on." Litigator Firewall (Blacklist Alliance) is the first gate before anything hits a carrier. FCC Reassigned Numbers lookup comes right after, with safe-harbor caching. 23-state quiet hours, DNC suppression, and opt-out detection (60+ STOP variants plus iPhone tapback) are all inline, all logged to a compliance audit trail you can export for your legal team. The thing that surprised me most during the build was how much the attribution layer mattered. Every affiliate ops person I talked to said some version of "I can't move off Twilio because I don't trust what any of these ecom-SMS tools report." So we built native integrations with TUNE, Everflow, and Cake, and landed on Thompson sampling for creative optimization because A/B tests don't finish before the offer gets swapped out. The other half is the campaign toolkit. Opt-in forms are a first-class product — inline script-tag embeds, custom redirect flows, source-tagging per form so you can route traffic into the right welcome journey. Welcome journeys are multi-step sequences that fire on opt-in, can deliver branded vCard contact cards as MMS, and respect GSM-7 encoding so you don't get silently doubled segments from a smart quote. Click Triggers auto-enroll recipients into follow-up sends when they tap a link — intent-driven re-engagement instead of blind drips. A Smart Links layer shifts traffic hourly between destination URLs based on KPI, so dying offers stop getting clicks without you babysitting the rotation. Creatives and Offers live in a unified library with grid/list views, bulk edit, and Thompson-sampling creative selection that learns which variant is winning in days, not weeks. And an AI agents layer with RAG over your own offer catalog can draft sequences, answer campaign questions, and generate tracked short links mid-conversation. Would genuinely love feedback from anyone sending high-volume SMS — what breaks for you on your current stack? — Ian
