Super stoked to share Track Hands with you all! This little app has been a total game-changer for me. I used to be a chronic nail-biter, and nothing seemed to work—therapy, fancy nail treatments, you name it. I knew I had to come up with something that actually worked.
The idea for Track Hands came from my own struggle. I wanted something simple yet effective, and that's how this app was born. It uses your computer's camera to keep an eye on your hands, and if you bring them too close to your mouth, it pops up a picture of you and locks your screen for a bit. It's a gentle reminder that really helped me break the habit.
