TraceRiver is a local-first log consolidation engine built to simplify your DX. It auto-discovers your Docker containers and local log files, streams them in real-time, and formats everything into a clean, unified browser console. Drop in raw log dumps or tail live streams without melting your CPU.
I built Traceriver to solve a constant daily headache: jumping between terminal tabs, raw files, and unformatted Docker logs just to piece together what broke. It unifies your entire local stack—Docker containers, local framework logs, and uploaded dumps—into one real-time, stylized browser console. Its purpose is simple: strip away logging noise so you can debug faster and stay in flow.
Currently released into beta for open consumption. If you see any areas that can be improved upon please add them to the GitHub issues so we can extend the functionality and drive adoption.
