We built Tovel after repeatedly seeing the same problem: meetings were being recorded, transcribed, and summarized, but the real work still had to be completed manually. Someone still needed to add contacts to the CRM, create opportunities, schedule appointments, assign tasks, set reminders, and write follow-up emails.
Tovel began as an idea for a smarter pocket-sized AI recorder, but it quickly evolved into something bigger—a bridge between your conversations and the business tools you already use. Through deep native integrations, Tovel turns what was discussed into real actions without requiring custom Zaps or complicated low-code/no-code automations.
We also made human approval a core part of the experience. Nothing is sent or created until you review and approve it. We believe automation should save you time without taking away your control.
