Hi Product Hunt — I'm Mable, an indie developer in Hong Kong. I built TouchNow because I wanted to play Mac games from the couch without buying a controller, and every remote desktop app I tried was either built for IT support or a cross-platform port that felt sluggish on Apple hardware. So it's Apple-only by design. Both ends are native Swift, on Apple's own screen-capture and input frameworks. On 5 GHz Wi-Fi the network round trip is about 8 ms — that's the network leg, not end-to-end. I'd rather be precise than impressive. Three things I think are different: – Free forever on your own Wi-Fi, no account. Only remote access over the internet is paid. – Your iPhone can be a real second desktop, not a mirror. Sidecar only supports iPad. – The on-screen controller maps to keyboard input, so Mac games that only expect WASD work without changes.
