Every redesign project I've been a part of has started the same way. "Hey can someone get screenshots of the entire website so we can have an overview for auditing and marking up"
That someone (usually me) spends an hour screenshotting a site by hand page by page. Sometimes its 30, 40, 50 pages, then organizing them in Figma just to get a high-level view of the sitemap. It's not design work.
So after asking friends, looking online and testing out anything I could to avoid having to continue doing this mundane task, I decided to fix the problem myself. I built TotumSnap. Paste a URL, it crawls the entire site. Pick the pages you want, download a ZIP of full-page PNGs named by URL path. Drop straight into Figma.
