I built Totsee because I got tired of seeing parents navigate the same impossible childcare search I had experienced myself—jumping between websites, calling centres, joining waitlists, keeping spreadsheets, and still having no idea if a spot would actually become available. The frustrating part? I went through it again seven years later, and almost nothing had changed. So I decided to build the tool I wished existed. Totsee brings childcare search and waitlisting into one place, with more than 17,000 facilities across Canada already live on the platform. But the directory is just the beginning. We're building toward a smarter childcare marketplace that can help families find the right fit faster while giving providers better ways to manage demand.
