We’ve built Tori, an AI support agent that answers customer questions based on a company’s own documentation and website, around the clock. When human help is needed, it hands the conversation over to the team with the full context.
UI is fully customizable. Tori is built on talkjs.com, the same infrastructure powering 130M+ monthly messages.
For the past few months, We’ve been using Tori ourselves, and it’s been amazing to see it handling 87% of all of our customer enquiries autonomously now. And not just simple subjects, but highly technical complex issues as well.
