Track goals, OKRs, KPIs, and action items within meetings
Topicflow helps companies achieve better business results by enabling teams to have effective conversations around goals/OKRs, KPIs, and action items in meetings.
Hi Product Hunt community 👋,
This is Amin, one of the co-founders of Topicflow. Thanks for visiting our V2 launch!
🚀 Last time, we launched Topicflow V1. It was a meetings management app. We integrated with Google Calendar and Outlook to enable teams to track meeting agendas, meeting notes, action items, and decisions that came from those meetings. Managers love using our V1 for having team meetings and 1-on-1s. Everything is searchable and meetings are more effective when you have access to the previous notes of the last meeting and the new agenda.
🚀🚀 For our V2 launch, we have added many features to help our customers achieve business goals and results. You can now set and track OKRs/Goals and KPIs. We have also added smart meeting templates that enable organizations to run processes like company-wide goal setting, QBRs/MBRs, weekly meetings, 1-on-1 performance check-ins, and even light performance reviews.
Topicflow has a very robust feature set that we are now excited to share with you:
🔸 Meeting agenda and notes
🔸 Goals / OKRs tracking
🔸 KPIs tracking
🔸 AI for meeting transcription and summarization
🔸 Peer Recognition
🔸 Documents management
🔸 Action items tracking with Kanban board
🔸 Decision tracking
🔸 Manager dashboard and alerts
🔸 Meeting templates (OKRs, QBRs, Reviews, 1-on-1s)
🤔 You may be wondering why on earth have we combined OKRs/KPIs tracking with a meetings management app. Our background history might explain it better:
/* start of rant 📜
Before Topicflow, we built 7Geese. It was the first OKR and continuous performance management product in the market. We were one of the market leaders and grew the company to serve hundreds of global customers. We were acquired in 2020 by a US-based Human Capital Management company.
After our acquisition, we decided to build a next-generation product from the ground up. We talked to hundreds of business leaders and identified that many products in this space fail to get adopted. They need a lot of work to keep updated. They are rigid and don't work with dynamic teams. They are not integrated with the tools teams use and are not accessible in meetings.
We are solving these problems with a science-backed approach. Having effective conversations is the single most important factor in driving performance. With Topicflow, we enable teams to have effective conversations around goals and results. When companies deliver results, the quality of life increases in society. This drives our motivation to build the best product that enables you to achieve results.

🙏 I want to thank you for reading our story and supporting our launch. We are just getting started and would love to get your feedback. Our early Product Hunt users will always get our attention and appreciation, even when we scale to serve enterprise customers.
Take care and hope to talk to you soon as a user 👋,
Amin, Tony, and Max
