I built TopComment because I kept noticing the same thing scrolling through comment sections β everyone typing "π₯π₯π₯" or "first," and the one genuinely good comment on a post would rack up thousands of likes while everyone else got buried saying nothing.
I wanted to fix that specific gap: not another AI writer that spits out generic text, but something that actually reads the whole comment section first, sees what's already been said, and gives you the one angle nobody's used yet.
The hardest part was making it feel useful for everyday people, not just creators. Early versions were built around growth and clout, but testing it myself, I realized the real "aha" moment was simpler: everyone freezes on what to say sometimes, whether it's a friend's post, a funny video, or replying to someone. So the product evolved to score every comment before you post it β likes potential, reply potential, how it'll land β so you're never guessing.
