Hey PH! I built Toony because of my own kid. Every "turn a photo into a cartoon" tool I tried either gave me a static picture, or made a character that only vaguely looked like my child. I wanted the actual moment: my kid watching themselves become the hero of a little animated story.
So Toony isn't "run a model on a photo." From one photo it: stylizes your child into a consistent cartoon hero, writes a short plot with AI (a real 2-4 scene story in one world), animates the scenes keeping your kid recognizable in every shot, adds music, and stitches it into a vertical 9:16 clip - ready for TikTok, Reels, or just the family chat.
The first cartoon is free (short preview, watermarked) - the honest reason is I want you to see your kid's face light up before paying anything. Full cartoons are pay-as-you-go credits, no subscription.
