I've bought a lot of to-do apps in the past, but as their user bases grow, they get more and more complex with more and more features. I really just want something simple enough. So I built Tola.
Tola means Today + Later. Today is for what you need to do now. Later means you need to to do something but don’t need to schedule yet. For example: reading a book, make a toy for your kids.
My goal from the beginning was to make a to-do list that feels as stress-free to use as possible. No reminders sent just to bring you back(for their app DAU), no random pop-ups ( to push subscriptions), and no needlessly complicated steps to manage a task (for longer sessions).
Tola and I will respect and prodtect your attention.
