Like many job seekers, I was frustrated by the black hole of applying on LinkedIn. Hundreds of applications, very few replies. Most applications never reach the people actually making hiring decisions.
So I built ToInbox.
Open any LinkedIn job, hit Send Application in ToInbox panel, and it:

✍️ Create a personalised application based on your resume and the job description.
📧 Sends that application with your resume directly to the hiring team's mail-boxes from your own email.
The goal isn't to send more applications—it's to send better ones that actually get noticed, show intent and get more replies.
We're already seeing users receive more recruiter replies and interview calls because their applications reach the right people instead of getting lost in crowded applicant portals.
