ToDone is a free, visual task manager that uses digital sticky notes you can drag, flip, and complete. It runs entirely in your browser. No accounts, no tracking, no servers storing your tasks. And it works fully offline after first load.
I built ToDone because every task manager I tried wanted my email, my phone number, or access to "sync my data." I just wanted to write things down, move them around, and tick them off, without handing over my life.
ToDone is a sticky-note planner that lives entirely in your browser:
• Drag, flip, and resize cards on an infinite zoomable board • Draw directly on the canvas with pen/eraser tools • Drag to burn, Drag to UFO-beam to completion (yes, really) • Built-in Backup/Restore. Your data is a single JSON file you own • Installable as a PWA, works fully offline via a Service Worker
The privacy story (the reason I built it): • No account. No email. No sign-up screen. • No analytics, no tracking pixels, no ads, no third-party domains. • Tasks never leave your device, they live in LocalStorage. • Even the site owner (me) has zero access to your task content.
