Hey, Product Hunt — I'm the maker behind timefair.
The idea came from a simple frustration: salary conversations always felt abstract. "Is this raise actually good?" I had no way to know. "Is this weekly all-hands worth everyone's time?" I had no way to calculate it.
So we built timefair as a set of small, focused calculators that answer these questions with actual numbers.
The tools are used by employees in Japan navigating overtime rules, by freelancers comparing their day rate to a job offer, and by managers who've started questioning whether their recurring meetings justify the cost.
We don't ask for signups. There's no premium tier. Just the tools, free, in three languages.
