Time Bureau

Send your memories to deep space via real radio waves

Time Bureau is a deep-space launch terminal for your memories. Upload a photo — we encode it into real radio waves at 433.00MHz and transmit it toward deep space, where it travels at light speed, forever. Each transmission includes an Interstellar Credential (unique ID), a distance tracker, and a permanent cloud archive. It started with my border collie, MaoXiong. Coco says the dead fade when no one remembers them — so I built a machine that makes sure a memory never fades. $10 one-time.

Hey, I'm YanSu, maker of Time Bureau. I'm an engineering student from Shanghai.

This started as a personal project after my dog MaoXiong passed away. I kept thinking about the farewell scene in Coco — the idea that we fade when no one remembers us. I didn't want that, so I built a small radio terminal that sits by my bedroom window and transmits photos into deep space as real radio waves.

It's all real hardware: ESP32-based, transmitting at 433.00MHz at micropower levels. 23 transmissions so far, each one with its own credential and live distance tracker.

Ask me anything — happy to go deep on the radio side, the encoding, or the story behind it. 🚀
