Thrive Financial
Divorce financial analysis and asset tracing, simplified.
Thrive Financial is divorce financial analysis software for hidden assets, discovery, and settlement planning. Parse statements, tax returns, affidavits, legal filings, and business records, trace transfers, analyze marital financials through numerous financial analytical tools, and export court-ready evidence for a fraction of the time and cost of an external firm.
Thrive Financial came from watching how brutally uneven the playing field is during my own complex divorce. Traditional forensic accounting is prohibitively expensive, costing tens of thousands of dollars. Aggressive personalities easily exploit the combative nature of the courts to hide assets, falsify affidavits, or simply run the other party out of money. I wanted a solution to support my own journey and additionally be cost effective to empower others traveling down a similar path. My desire was to give folks knowledge, leverage, and truth during an often dark and confusing period.
As an engineer, I looked at this and saw a massive data and workflow problem. Messy bank statements, incomplete tax returns, and hidden transfers shouldn't require a fortune to uncover. Forensic firms were expensive and spent a bulk of their time simply parsing financial transactions. I wanted to build an accessible, fast, highly precise software solution that empowers individuals and legal teams to audit martial financials, trace assets, and build solid cases on their own terms.
How the process evolved
I originally started with a narrow focus: building a powerful data parser to extract numbers from messy PDF statements and legal filings. But as the process evolved, we quickly realized that raw data extraction wasn't enough to move the needle in a legal setting.
I pivoted my approach from a simple utility tool into a comprehensive financial analysis suite. I engineered specialized tools to handle complex asset tracing, identify anomalies, and structure everything into visual, court-ready evidence. Security of case data is a definite focus, allowing users to store case files locally. Hash keys are used to ensure data is never tampered with. The product evolved from "how do we extract this data?" to "how do we make this data undeniably clear to an attorney or a judge?"
Thrive Financial may not be a mainstream, daily app—and it's not for everyone. But for those navigating the darkest chapters of divorce, it serves as an unexpected lifeline when you need comprehensive support the most.
I'd love to hear your thoughts, answer any questions about our parsing accuracy, and get your feedback on how we can make financial discovery fairer for everyone. Thank you for the support! 🚀
