Thravik is a native Mac browser on system WebKit, not Chromium. Its headline feature is Private Memory: it keeps the text of pages you actually read, encrypted on your Mac, so days later you can press ⌘K, type "Remember…" and find the page in your own words, with sources. Also: Spaces with their own tabs and logins, Split View (up to 4 pages), Focus Mode, tab hibernation, and on-device Ask Page with Apple Intelligence. Mac only, macOS 26 or later.
Hi Product Hunt, I'm the maker of Thravik.
I wanted a browser that felt like a Mac app and could answer one question the others can't: "where was that page I read last week?"
Private Memory keeps the text of pages you actually read, encrypted on your Mac (AES-256-GCM, with a device-only key in your Keychain). Press ⌘K, type "Remember…", describe the page the way you recall it, and it answers on-device (with Apple Intelligence where available) and shows the pages it came from. It's off until you turn it on, never reads private or temporary tabs, banking, health, webmail or password-manager sites, and you can review or delete everything.
It's also not Chromium: Thravik is Swift and SwiftUI on the WebKit that ships with macOS, with Spaces (their own tabs, colour, cookies and logins), Split View (up to 4 pages), Focus Mode and tab hibernation.
Honest limits: Mac only, macOS 26 or later, and extensions that rely on Chrome-only APIs may not work.
I'd love your feedback, especially on Memory. Download: https://thravik.app/

Who hunted Thravik?
Thravik was hunted by Ahmed Yacoub. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
