My name is Jochem and I’m the CEO and co-founder of TheyDo—a beautiful platform for enterprise organizations to manage customer journeys at scale.
My co-founders Martin, Charles and I come from a of transformation consulting in customer experience and design. In our day-to-day work with enterprise Experience Design teams, we kept hitting one key blocker— there was no way to centralize customer journeys in a single, collaborative hub. Without a source of truth for customer journeys, not only was it impossible to understand the full customer experience, it was impossible to act on customer needs and create meaningful business impact.
With no solution to manage journeys from a single place…we decided to build it ourselves. Just for ourselves, in order to do better work for our clients. The real surprise came when our clients starting asking for access—we realized just how widespread this problem was. We never intended to build a product company, but hey, we’re not the kind to shy away from an opportunity!
