Hi everyone, I’m Thisara, co-founder of The925.
While building my first startup,, a consulting and digital transformation business, I kept seeing the same problem: companies had capable people and plenty of software, but employees still had to search for answers, ask colleagues how things worked and chase the next step. The information existed. People were doing the work of connecting it.
We started by building workflow execution, AI-assisted process creation and operational records. Then we realised that employees should not need to understand our architecture to get something done. That changed how we organised the product: one AI assistant, with the company’s knowledge, tools and processes behind it.
Think of taking over a client account. The experience we’re building would help you understand what was agreed, learn the team’s update process, prepare the client email and create follow-up work. Where approval is needed, the company’s process still applies.
That is the idea behind The925: connect what the company knows with how its work actually gets completed. Learning belongs in the work, not in another disconnected tool.
Our workflow foundation is built. We are completing connectors and validating the combined assistant experience, with BUOST providing an internal pilot environment.
